It\u2019s that time again \u2013 FIBO (the world\u2019s leading trade show for fitness, wellness & health) is back! But this time, it\u2019s taking place in Cologne instead of Essen. The venue in Essen had become too small, and even last year, the halls were bursting at the seams with exhibitors and visitors. So it was only a matter of time before FIBO had to move to another city. Hello Cologne \u2013 or should we say\u2026 Hello international flair!<\/p>\n

Over the course of four days, national and international exhibitors will showcase all the latest trends in the world of sports. At the same time, it becomes the epicenter of big names from the fitness and bodybuilding scene \u2013 such as Larissa Reis, Ronnie Coleman, and many newcomers whose awareness of their bodies rivals that of the seasoned pros, boasting physiques that will make you green with envy.<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not necessarily a bad thing \u2013 in fact, it might just give you the motivation boost you need to push yourself in your own fitness journey. Nothing is impossible. The only serious opponent is that inner slacker \u2013 the one who resists discipline and consistency.<\/p>\n
